IN PICTURES: CATA Holds Reception for Tibetan Diplomats

The Capital Area Tibetan Association welcomed Tibetan diplomats who are in Washington, DC area for training. Organized by the Department of Information and International Relations (DIIR) in Dharamasala, the delegates were led by DIIR Kaon Dicki Chhoyang and include represntatives from all offices of Tibet aronnd the world.
