CATA By-Law Meeting

CATA held a member-wide meeting on Saturday, May 6, 2017 to review the final draft of the revised CATA By-laws, as prepared by the By-Law Redrafting Committee. The Redrafting Committee members are Jeshong Lobsang Tsultrim la, Nima Binara la, Buchung Tsering la, Namgyal Shastri la and Lobsang Yeshi la.

The Committee had spent the past several months meeting to review, update, and improve the old CATA by-laws. Their final draft -- in both Tibetan and English -- was previously submitted to the CATA membership for consideration, and the attendees at this meeting discussed and voted upon the document.

CATA would like to thank all the community members who took the time to attend the meeting and participate in the review and approval process.

In particular, CATA would like to express its deep appreciation and sincere gratitude to all the members of the Redrafting Committee for their immense time, dedication, and expertise over the past few months.
